We now have available for sale 2 x CT20 Sous Vide Cook Tanks and basket loading/unloading system.
Following a directive from a client we can now offer for sale 2 x DCN CT20 Cook Tanks along with a basket loading/unloading system, built and installed by DCN in 2010.
The equipment has seen little if any use and is in excellent condition. The CT20 can cook and cool up to 900 kgs of solid muscle items such as beef/pork joints and chicken breasts.
The machines are controlled by a PLC with a HMI interface, data logging can be offered and is manufactured from stainless steel. The basket loading and unloading system has both powered travel and raise/lower functions and is manufactured from stainless steel.
The equipment is currently located in Russia but can be shipped anywhere in the world.
