Load cells are used in conjuction with the Recipe Management System to verify the exact recipe is followed ensuring traceability.
As an addition to your kettle, we can fit 3 Load Cells on a mounting frame which displays the weight of ingredients as they are added to the kettle. This improves accuracy with products and recipes, if there is a discrepency of weights against the recipe this can therefore be traced and rectified. Weights will be displayed on the HMI (Human Machine Interface) screen.
