Happy Birthday to David Norris!

Our Managing Director, David Norris celebrated his birthday today with a lunch party in our Product Development Kitchen.   The team cooked up two delicious curries and rice alongside poppadoms using our equipment.

The Chicken Madras was cooked in advance utilising the DCNorris Cook Chill System with Jet Cook™ Steam Infusion technology.  After being cooked the curry was pumped into bags before being cooled in the Tumble Chiller to below 4°C. 

Today, we then re-heated the bags of curry using the Sous Vide Cook Tank and the electric Joni Kettle to cook the rice, we then rounded it off with a spectacular cake.

It is great to be able to utilise the Product Development Kitchen to cater for the whole team on special occasions as well as for customer trials.
