Jet Cook Steam Infusion System and Tumble Chiller Head For DO & CO

Our 38th Jet Cook Steam Infusion System this year leaves our factory bound for DO & CO in London along with a Tumble Chiller and Pump Fill Station.

These systems will be used to produce demi-glaze, jus, sauces and soups for first class airline passengers and crew.

DO & CO, similar to DC Norris has all-inclusive total service solutions for their customers and pride themselves on their innovation and customer service. DO & CO Gourmet Restaurant are the world’s only gourmet brand for the airline industry and have operational units in 7 countries.

The systems will be installed in the next two weeks and we expect them to be in full production following one week of extensive training.
