For Sale – As New! 2 x CT20 Sous Vide Cook Tanks and Basket Loading/Unloading System.
Built and installed by DCN in 2010 the equipment has seen little if any use and is in excellent condition.
The CT20 can cook and cool up to 900kgs of solid muscle items such as beef/pork joints and chicken breasts.
The machines are controlled by a PLC with an HMI interface, data logging can be offered as an option.
The basket loading / unloading system has both powered travel and raise/lower functions and is manufactured
in stainless steel.
The equipment is currently located in Russia but can be shipped anywhere in the world.
