Global Jet Process Launch continues at Process Expo today

It is the opening day of the PROCESS EXPO Show in Chicago, and DCN North America are exhibiting on stand #3455! Come and visit Dick Smith and Stuart Rigby who are introducing our new Jet Process System to the North American market.   This follows a successful UK launch last week at the PPMA Total Show in Birmingham, UK. 

Find out how using our latest technology, we can reduce your processing times and energy consumption by more than 50%. Other benefits include reductions in fat of up to 70%, salt 50% and starch and hydrocolloids by up to 20%.  Our Jet In-Line System can heat product from 20°C to 150°C in a single pass in less than 2 metres at flow rates of up to 24,000ltr p/h.

Stuart Rigby, Jet Cook™ Product and Process Technology Manager is on the stand and has run more than 4000 trials using this technology, and has 35 product videos showing a huge range of recipes.   These include savoury dishes such as ready meals, meat cooks, pie fillings savoury sauces and macaroni cheese.  We can also demonstrate dessert-type products including rice pudding, fruit fillings and both dairy and non-dairy beverages.   Not forgetting our newest application wet pet food!
