Macau Luxury Hotel Chain Choose Cook Chill

DCN recently completed manufacturing a Cook Chill processing system designed to produce food for 34,000 members of staff at one of the largest and best-known Casino hotels in Macau.

The solution DCN came up with to produce the canteen meals comprises of Steam Jacketed Cooking Kettles with Jet Cook technology, a Stock Manufacturing System, Cook Quench Chill machine for blanching meats, vegetables and pulses and finally a Sous Vide system.  This is the second contract DCN has completed for the luxury hotel client, the first being shipped in 2014.

We are currently supporting the client remotely with installation guidance until the travel restrictions are lifted, then our experienced team will travel to Macau to assist with commissioning and product development.
