PDI For Jet Cook™ Pie Filling System

The PDI for two 500ltr Jet Cook pie filling systems were today signed off by our customer who is a leading UK producer of high-quality chilled pies. The pie filling systems come complete with our unique Braising Bar System, In-vessel Homogeniser, Vapour Reduction System, Tote Bin Lifter, Recipe Manager and Tumble Chiller.

Our customer will receive the system in the next three weeks with the aim to be in full production by May. Once it has been installed, our Jet Cook specialists will spend five days with the operation and technical team, training them in how to get the best out of this state-of-the-art processing system.

The system was fully manufactured at our UK facility in Great Gransden, Bedfordshire using the most up-to-date design and manufacturing equipment. This includes new laser cutters and welding robots which achieve a high-quality finish.
