We are delighted to announce that DC Norris’ Jet Cook has clinched the prestigious “Most Innovative Processing Solution” award at Saudi Food Manufacturing Exhibition this week.  This accolade not only underscores DC Norris’s commitment to innovation but also highlights its significant contributions to the food manufacturing industry.

Our entry focused on the solution we delivered for our customers, Al Manal in Qatar for the FIFA World Cup. They faced the monumental challenge of meeting the catering demands of this high profile event. They sought a high-speed processing solution capable of handling the immense volume of meals required for this prestigious event. In response, we delivered a cutting-edge system designed to elevate their throughput to an impressive 200,000 meals daily.

We introduced them to DC Norris’ Jet Cook™; a completely revolutionary patented process of cooking food and beverages.  DC Norris were involved in the very first development of this process, and have continued to improve and develop it to become the most advanced cooking technology on the market today!  These developments have moved our technology into the next generation of cooking, and we have eliminated the problems previously associated with this type of heating method.
