The factory is bursting at the seams as we lead up to Christmas, with equipment in various stages of production.

Some of these Pump Fill Stations will be bound for Qatar in the New Year, as part of a Cook Chill System to produce high quality airline meals for a well known flag carrier.

Our traditional Model 370/390 Clipper Machines have been industry standard for over 30 years. They are designed to integrate with a DCN Kettle and Tumble Chiller, and are a fast and accurate way to batch kettle-cooked product into Cook-Chill Bags, extending the shelf-life.

Products with particulates up to 35mm can be pumped with no damage, the Pump Fill Station can empty and package the contents of a 1000 litre kettle in 15-20 minutes! The PFS also has a temperature cut-out to prevent under temperature filling, and a clipping head with ‘no-clip’ alarm.

This year we have designed another Heat Seal Pump Fill Station giving another option to food manufacturers.

The Heat Seal technology makes for a clean, robust and oxygen impervious seal.
