Finishing touches on our new Cook Quench Chill ‘Adapt’ System

Today in our R&D Department we are putting the finishing touches on our new Cook Quench Chill ‘Adapt’ System for cooking pasta, rice, pulses and vegetables.
The stainless steel trough vibrating conveyor is being welded on to enable water to drain from the product, before being discharged into a tote bin or customer product trays.
The ‘Adapt’ has been developed as part of our 50th Anniversary Special Edition Range to offer food producers the latest state-of-the-art technology as well as greater efficiency.
