The Cook Quench Chill Adapt system maximises water savings through a combination of intelligent design features:
Internal stainless steel heat exchangers continuously chill and regulate the quench and chill water temperature, allowing water to be recirculated efficiently throughout the process. These heat exchangers are included in the in-place cleaning cycle and can be back-flushed to maintain hygiene and performance.
Precision temperature control, high-speed cooking and advanced agitation technology ensure that food is cooked quickly and consistently — reducing burn-on, overcooking and product loss. This leads to higher yields, less wasted raw material, and reduced need for manual rework or disposal.
