DB Cooler 500 Litre

D C Norris New DB Cooler Range – designed for vacuum filling and with
enlarged surface area to product volume ratio for improved cooling times,
to the following specification:

Capacity: 500 litres approximately

Wetted area: 316 grade stainless steel

All other areas: 304 grade stainless steel

Finish: Internally all welds ground and finish to be as supplied cold rolled sheet. Externally welds left ground smooth DPI

Cooling jacket:

Tested to 3.7 bar
Working 2.0 bar

Cooling jacket to cylindrical sides and sloped bottom with additional flow through central agitator mounting column
Enlarged surface area to product volume ratio for improved cooling times

Top head: Single hinged lid with hydraulic lift

Top head fittings: 1 x 100 DIN fitting for vacuum relief
1 x 100 DIN fitting vortex breaker/non-calibrated temperature probe (calibrated available at extra cost, must be specified at time of order).
One (1) RJT vacuum connector and vacuum vent
