Technical Roles

Design Engineer

To work within our design team on the comprehensive range of equipment that we manufacture. Must be experienced in the use of Autodesk Inventor and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD.

Engineering Project Manager

The successful candidate will have a sound engineering knowledge. An understanding of typical processes used in the food industry would be an advantage. Motivated and ambitious they will be looking to take the next step in their career path and grow their knowledge working for an innovative and successful Company.

Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking to recruit a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer to work closely with our Mechanical Design, Project and Software teams to provide control panel layouts, schematic drawings with component and cable specification and support to our installation teams and clients.

Technical Manager

Management of all relevant records , codes and procedures relating to the companies compliance and conformity to ASME , PD5500, Machinery Directive , Puwer, CE/CA .


CNC Lathe Doosan 3 x Axis Turner

This position is for a hands-on role and involves manufacturing various components for our own designed food processing equipment. Applicants must be able to read drawings, use measuring equipment and be able to inspect their components.

Skilled Sheet Metal Engineer

Experienced sheet metal and fabrication engineer who can work to high-quality standards, promptly ensuring production schedules are met. You will be expected to have the experience and knowledge to apply best practices to your work.

You must be able to work within a team and be aware of all aspects including Health & Safety, Production, Inspection and Discipline.

Multi-Skilled Service/Installation and Commissioning Engineer

Electrical and mechanical knowledge would be a big advantage. PLC/HMI programming knowledge would also be an advantage, full training in this aspect would be given if necessary, as a part of the training programme. Other training can be considered as necessary.

Welder / Fabricator

The successful applicant will have a varied role, welding different types of fabrication to a high standard for equipment used within the Food Processing industry. The job is based at our premises in Great Gransden, with occasional site-work.

Saw Operator

This role will involve accurately measuring and cutting stainless steel materials to correct sizes following the instruction of technical drawings. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of our metal stores area ensuring it remains an organised and clean workspace.

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanically Biased)

This interesting and varied “hands on” role involves working with a variety of different engineering machinery, fixing breakdowns, following monthly maintenance schedules. Both mechanical and some electrical skills and experiences are required however this role will be more Mechanical Biased.
