D C Norris Used Model DA600 Batch Cooler designed for vacuum and pressure filling and to the following specification.

- Wetted area: 316 grade stainless steel

- Finish: Internally all welds ground and finish to be as supplied cold rolled sheet. Externally welds left ground smooth DPI
- Vessel: Maximum 1 bar internal pressure
- Cooling jacket: Tested to 4.5 bar / Working 3.0 bar
Dimpled jacket to cylindrical sides and conical bottom with additional flow through central agitator mounting column - Top head: Single hinged pressure lid

New Control Panel
- Control panel: Basic control panel to control one D A Cooler with variable speed agitator up to 4kW and air actuated discharge valve. Set point is entered into the temperature controller, this will provide an on/off signal to the air actuated glycol bypass valve. A safety switch will be fitted to stop the rotating agitator when the lid is lifted.
